Video: First Look at new Dixie Echoes lineup

The Dixie Echoes have just posted the first footage of their new lineup, featuring tenor Michael Helwig, with new member Mike Jennings on bass.

(Yes, it took this long to occur to me that there are now two Michaels and two Randys in the group!)

  1. Very nice…the DE’s still got it!

  2. Wow! Thats some good sangin’ right there!

  3. Haven’t listened to the Dixie Echoes much since Mike Bullock (is it a requirement that you be named Mike or Randy to sing in the group? ) sang bass. They sound pretty good.

  4. Michael reminds me of Roy McNeal who sang lead with the Prophets. I have a copy of a rare Live concert with Roy filling in the tenor spot with the Blue Ridge Qt. Great singer. These guys have a great sound.
