Sony’s Thoughts: Praying for Tracy Stuffle

I’ve been sick the last couple days and away from Internet so I’ve been unable to keep up with the updates on Tracy Stuffle but I have been praying. I know how easy it can be as we begin to get positive reports to slack off on praying and breathe a sigh of relief but I want to encourage everyone not to do that. We need to continue interceding until God brings the complete healing that we’re asking for. As I pray, I ask for healing for Tracy and strength for Libbi and that God’s presence will be obvious. He’s always there but sometimes, in the midst of storms, we fail to recognize Him.

Father, I pray for a special touch on Tracy right now. I pray that he will feel Your presence. I pray that he will feel Your strength. I pray that You will heal his body and receive the glory that You deserve. God, we know that everything happens for a reason. I pray that Your purposes will be fulfilled through this. Thank You for the privilege of bringing our requests to You. Thank You that You hear our requests. Thank You for Your love and care. You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek You and we are diligently seeking You now, Father. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

2 Letters to the Editor

Southern Gospel Journal welcomes letters to the editor. We will post the most thoughtful and insightful submissions. Ground rules: Don't attack or belittle groups or fellow posters, or advance heresies rejected by orthodox Christianity. Do keep comments positive, constructive, and on topic.
  1. I add my AMEN to that prayer. May God be glorified in all of this.

  2. Praying for Tracy and Libbi. I’d like to ask everybody there in U.S.A. to pray for 233 families here in Brazil who had their kids killed in a fire in a night club in Santa Maria City, Rio Grande do Sul State, in the south region of Brazil. Probably all of them died without God. All of them youung people looking for fun, and inner peace in things we know they wouldn’t it. Please add these 233 mourning families to your prayer’s list along with Tracy and Libbi.
