  1. Cool! I wonder where they will be recording…

  2. At the Barbara Mandrell mansion outside Nashville.

  3. I have heard that Legacy Five will be there as well and performing a song from their latest CD… Along with several other headliner groups from the Nashville area…

  4. I saw that tweet right after it was made. Maybe they got the idea from David Bruce Murray’s blog (as I recall) asking for Thanksgiving themed songs. 🙂 Legacy Five should do “God’s Been Good” I had a guy do it last year at church (I worked with him and played for him.)

    • I had been wondering which song they could go for. That one makes sense.

      • Scott Fowler told me last night that they are going to be doing “Great Is Thy Faithfulness” from Just Stand…

      • Ahh. Good pick.

      • I wonder how Gaither does the song picking? Does he ask the groups to do specific song or does he tell the groups the theme and they pick their own song? Do you have any idea?

      • Gaither typically requests a specific song.

      • Hmmm interesting wonder if he has heard L5 do that song before… I know they sang it last year on Wednesday night at NQC and it went over very well… Gaither was there that night…

  5. Word has it that Guy Penrod will be there as well!

  6. ‘Gaither’ is a commercial entity. Wiliam ‘Bill’ Gaither is a person, and I would judge not such a bad guy. Respect!

  7. At a recent concert, Dean Hopper mentioned they would probably sing “God Already Knew.”
